Litter/flytipping has not been resolved, 14th May
I have had an update today from my previous report number 5968650 stating the above mess has been resolved - it has not, it is still disgusting, with piles of litter and rotting food that has to be stepped over to get up the steps. The litter is now blowing up into the pathway between the trees.

Roadworks Brislington Village by Miss Millie's, 14th May
The roadworks here seem to be finished and the protective barriers and roads signs remain in the Village causing big traffic delays and congestion on the A4 Bath Rd.

Trees dumped into the brook, 14th May
In March several trees came down across the footpath running between Upper & Lower Conham Vale (in the woods between Dundridge Park & Conham Hill). They were cut & cleared from the footpath but they were just dumped into the stream (Stradbrook?) and remain there. They need to be cleared before next winter or are likely to cause flooding and it will be easier to sort now whilst the weather is reasonable

Damaged footpath near pond, 14th May
The footpath heading to the popular wildlife pond in the woods between Conham Hill and Dundridge Park (just off of the footpath between Upper & Lower Conham Vale) has been dug up & some of the surface removed. This makes it very dangerous to walk on and needs to be repaied urgently before someone is injured.

Large thistles overhanging footpath, 13th May
The narrow strip of grass along the footpath has four or five very spiky thistles growing in it which are now hanging over the pathway. The attached photo is from a few weeks ago, and the plants are now already four to five times the size pictured here. The space on the path is very nearly insufficient for a pram or wheelchair to safely pass. Reduced maintenance has meant some lovely diversity in this green space along Troopers Hill Road has developed, however these thistles are an unfriendly hazard so near the path.

Disgusting litter all up the steps from Marsh Lane into Netham Park, 13th May
Someone has fly tipped bin bags of rubbish, and it looks like the foxes have then got into the bags. The waste has become strewn down the steps and up into the park grass. You have to step over rotting food to get into the park. It’s a health and physical hazard.

Overgrown and low hanging trees causing damage to our cars and making parking difficult, 12th May
Overgrown and low hanging trees on council land causing damage to our cars. If it grows even more, parking will become difficult. Been present for as long as I’ve lived here and probably longer. When it rains the fallen branches and leaves create a dangerously slippery surface.

Large gap Fence gone completely and river is right behind it. Child could go through large gap fall in river and die, 11th May
Large amount of fence surrounding the (bottom right) end of the rd, around the river bank is broken and very large gaps. Not safe at all.
It’s a safety hazard and I worry a small child will get through and fall into the river. It’s not safe at all. A big safety hazard. Please can you urgently fix.
