The m5 j14 closure on an evening is directing traffic headed south towards bristol, off at j14 onto the a38 - an accident is just waiting to happen due to vehicles coming up the slip and turning right without giving way. There is a stream of vehicles pulling out nightly without attempting to give way. There will be a serious accident. There needs to be a visible give way at the end of the slip, its a short slip and every evening when there is a diversion and I am headed towards tortworth I have had to slam on my brakes and beep, both cars and lorrys are just pulling out. It needs an illuminated give way sign before someone gets killed. Please address ASAP this is now a huge worry due to the regularity that this is happen to me and other drivers headed towards tortworth. Thanks
