A set of temporary traffic lights, cones and signs have been setup on Park Road Thornbury BS35 1HP between the entrance road to Sheiling School and the exit road for Thornbury Castle Hotel and Restaurant, these have been setup for at least the past 4 days, yet there is no indication through these roadworks that any work is in progress or is due to commence and no notification in the nearby vicinity to notify residents and road users if the intended work is being carried out by the council, a utility company or other contractor.
