Cars blocking drop curb, 26th April
The road has been re-surfaced meaning no lines currently and I also I haven't seen any parking enforcement officers walking down Warden Road for a while. We are having a problems with people parking in front of our (block of flats) driveway/drop curb (5 spaces in total). Is there anything that can be done/any officers to patrol and give tickets to these cars for blocking our private parking? I'm concerned if in case of an emergency we wouldn't be able to get in/out of our space. Many thanks.

Drain outlets in pavement/road blocked, 26th April
No surface water can discharge from properties as pipes are blocked in the pavement/ roadway. This is causing damage to properties 16-20 Oldfield Place. Properties have investigated on their side and results have shown issue with drain in pavement/roadway. Only 2 downpipes for 5 houses and both outlets in road are blocked. See photos. Previously logged as Ref. 5554898 saying now closed when no work has been undertaken.

Uneven slabs at start of cycle path, 25th April
The rumble strip paving slabs are loose and uneven causing a danger for cyclists on the path. This causes more cyclists and scooters to stay on the pavement or the road.

Planters blocking pavement, 25th April
Planters outside the italien restaurante are blocking the pavement. The location of the cyfle racks aslso causes problems. If oyu ca't move the planters, move the cycle racks to a better location. Brambles growing over into an elderly persons council bungalow, 24th April
It's been a continuous problem for years but the family find it hard to keep up with the maintenance of Mums garden. The brambles come over the park fence into her garden,reaching the kitchen window sometimes. They are very high, arching over a great deal. There is also a problem with bamboo shooting up all over the front lawn, from a plant also growing in the park.

Illegal parking on pavement, 24th April
Cars have been parking on the pavement outside Apollo Apartments since the Cappadocia restaurant moved in a few weeks ago. Up to 4 cars parking there completely blocking the pavement and appears to be the same vehicles. Sometimes they’re parked so close that they’re blocking the fire exit door at Apollo.

Large area of potholes, 24th April
The surface of almost the whole road is very poor. Many potholes and cracks. Makes it especially dangerous for cyclists because you have to weave in and out of the damage and still can't avoid it all.

Damaged Risdale Road, 24th April
Cracks, damage and unevenness to road. Unknown how long it's been there. This runs through the disabled parking spot and in between no. 102 and 104. Additional problem is the fact that doubledecker bus 24 uses this road now. Hitting this damaged road with such weight makes the house vibrate and crack.
