A very large and deep hole has appeared on the side of the road where a drain has become loose and all surrounding tarmac and stones is being washed away. It is very dangerous and needs urgent attention It's on th Mudgely road coming down into Wedmore, just before the turning to Dando's Lane., 15th December
It's only appeared this week but has rapidly become much bigger and deeper with stones now being washed all over the road. Traffic is trying to avoid it and moving to the centre of the road just before a dangerous corner.

Very large pothole in Totney Drove (BS28 4UF)., 26th January
Very large pothole - two feet across and one foot deep with sharp edges - in Totney Drove a few yards west of the junction with Wonhouse Drove (BS28 4UF). This is a single track lane, with soft banks sloping steeply into a rhin full of water on either side. Avoiding the pothole is becoming increasing difficult as the road edge deteriorates. This pothole has been marked with red paint, but no action has yet been taken. As this drove provides the only access for many to/from the B3151, early repair is strongly recommended.

Rubble and garden waste, 29th September
There has been building rubble and garden waste on the boundary between Bagley Community Orchard and 1 Valley View for some months adjacent to the highway. This is the second time this has happened, the community cleared it up last time 6 months ago

Badly in need of resurfacing, 1st August
This drove has deteriorated considerably over the last few years. It has tractors, lorries and another heavy vehicles gradually destroying the surface. The bad section is between Blakeway and Tilleys Drove. After that the surface is acceptable.

Broken and collapsed tarmac in several places, 4th January
Westwell Lane was resurfaced a few years ago but the bottom of the lane just before it splits to Hurst and Skitmore Droves was ignored. There are two dwellings situated with their main entrances onto this piece of the lane.The surface is badly broken and potholed as it is used by agricultural vehicles, and as a turning point for vehicles that visit the lane. A previous complaint c 2013 resulted in only one of the potholes being filled. It has since collapsed again and the others are worse. As we pay council tax at the same level as everyone else, please can we have the same quality of highway surface to access our properties.

Top layer of tarmac has gone, approx. 1000mm by 600mm by 20mm to 30mm deep. It has been there since the very wet weather early in 2014. It is adjacent to a larger area repaired the previous year.

Road condition bottom of Westwell Lane, 27th February
Westwell Lane was resurfaced a few years ago but the area at the bottom of the lane (junction Skitmoor Drove) was ignored. The surface is badly potholed due to recent weather and regular use by farm traffic. Two dwellings are effected. 5 vehicles plus visitors and farm/commercial/services vehicles use the area concerned.
