Its been over a year since house were complete but pavement has not been finished, contractors have been but now we have raised iron works, raised tactile paving slabs, loose stone and broken tarmac, its a lawsute waiting to happen.

A recently installed pedestrian crossing is obscured by vegetation. This is adjacent a School and is used by parents and children alike. Young children have no visibility when looking right and left. The new footway installed is overgrown and full of longitudinal cracks.

On approach to the a371 which is a 40 mile speed road. However two national speed limit signs (60) have been left on elm tree road as you approach the junction to join the main A371 road.

Cycle path overgrown, 7th July
Hi. Cycle path / footpath is dangerously overgrown meaning cyclists and pedestrians have to step out into the road. This is concerning given I use it with my bike trailer to take kids to school.

Faulty traffic lights, 28th April
A new T-junction has been made, controlled by lights for traffic and pedestrians. There is a fault - many times I have approached in either direction travelling on the main road, with no other traffic or pedestrians in sight, to find the lights turn red as I approach. This must happen hundreds of times a day, not only annoying drivers, but adding to air pollution as vehicles brake and accelerate. My location mark is an estimate, as the map hasn't been updated

Huge pot hole on wolvershill road, 27th March
There is a huge pot hole on wolvershill road. Between Stonebridge farm and summer lane. This is causing traffic to swerve around very dangerous . There are countless other large pot holes all the way down the road.
