This has been here months now! I reported it before and said how dangerous it was when wet as it gets so slippery and problem was then closed when issue wasn't fixed, in fact its getting worse as more has now been dumped on top of it!

Large potholes dangerous for cyclists, 24th April
Large potholes in the road when heading south. Dangerous to cyclists, especially because there is often parked traffic at the side, forcing you towards the middle where the potholes are.

Children's Playground - Gate Still Not Closing, 23rd April
FixMyStreet ref: 5692754. Further to my first report, as above, despite the job being closed nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Clearly I have to spell out the problem to you. The small access gate, next to the large access gate is not closing. When I say closing it is not auto closing by itself, like the other three access points. Small children are not known for closing gates or doors behind themselves, therefore it remains open permanently and the foxes get in. Could you send someone to do more than look, it probably requires a new sprung hinge?

Random frame has appeared and has been dumped on street outside number 1 jubilee road. It’s blocking the path for wheelchairs and prams and is located near school. Please can we get it removed. Been there about a week.

Teee and hedges impacting footpath, 23rd April
Tree growing in 2/2a staple hill rd overgrown and overhanging the pavement coupled with their hedge blocking part of the pathway as well. When it rains the branches are head height. The road sign is hidden in the hedge. Having to walk out in the road if meeting someone coming the other way as there is a tree and road sign on the pavement also.

Road Camber too steep, 22nd April
Woodlland Way BS151QH When this road was last resurfaced the camber of the road was increased. This has meant I have been unable to put my car on to our drive without damaging the underside of the vehicle. Ii would like to put our most recent vehicle on the drive without damaging it. Plaese can you arrange for the .road to be slightly altered to help with this. Thank you.

Obstacles on pavement., 22nd April
Please can the grass areas that run alongside the pavement, be asphalted. This will help me to to navigate around the park cars in my wheelchair without getting mud on my wheels that ends up all over my clothes. Thank you for your consideration.

Abandoned car, 21st April
This car has been in the same spot since around Christmas 2023. We saw 2 men drop it off on a tow truck and I wish I questioned them that they were dumping it, which is now obviously the case. It needs to be removed. It has tax and MOT but it hasn’t moved for 4 months and was obviously dumped.

Trees obstruct light into my home, 21st April
The Trees directly in front of my property at 27 Holly Close are now so tall and overgrown they block light getting into my property. The one directly in front of my property is much taller than the others. When the foliage/leaves are all out my living room gets no light. Tree overhanging and touching our roof, 20th April
The tree overhangs our property and fills our guttering with leaves, which we then have to have cleared. The branches are touching our roof - I’m worried about it dislodging tiles and also damaging our roof during high wind.
We also believe the roots are causing disruption on the pavement.

Safety fencing at entrance to path collapsed, 19th April
Location : entrance to path (1) to Railway Path (2) from Railway Terrace. Safety fencing along the side of the path (1) has collapsed. At this point the path (1) is some vertical height from the Railway path (2) and there is a steep slope directly towards the Railway path (2) covered in undergrowth. This fencing is important to prevent accidental falling down the steep slope, especially children on bicycles.
