Hedges over 3 metres high, 14th April
The hedge between houses 14 and 12 on Gorse Hill is now quite high and both me and my neighbour have no safe means to cut it back. I was told upon purchasing the property three years ago that the height of the hedge was the council's responsibility due to its connection to the barrier hedge surrounding the par. Please could you confirm? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
