Tree inside side of house number 74 Ullswater Road, 28th April
The tree situated alongside the council property of 74 Ullswater Road BS10 6DP, is causing damage to our owned property at 76 Ullswater Road, we have numerous cracks in our house from subsidence and our Insurance company has had a survey done and has said that the tree is causing the problem with the subsidence ,and we have reported it to the council and you sent out somebody to view the tree and the outcome by was that the tree had to be felled, Kevin Milkins informed us of this and that was in February, as you can see from the pictures it's very wild in growth and is almost touching our roof and chimney stack , this needs to be sorted before any further damage is done , especially towards our roof. The insurers won't repair our house until said tree has been removed as if it's not felled , the problem could arise again. We would much appreciate if this could be sorted sooner rather than later as this has been ongoing for a year now

Stolen bike, left by police since February, 27th April
This bike was left in the pathway so no one could move around it with police tape around it: tape stating "do not touch police property" Numerous residents have phoned into the police to report it as it was obstructing the pathway and seeing as the grass is left with fleas and ticks in it there was no where to walk around, it has been there since February 2024, should hae been taken in so whoevers bike it was could have had it back? Nothing has been done although the police are constantly circling this estate and drones now, seems to be the place is being left to be overrun, unkept, health hazards everywhere, stolen items, broken street lights, thats should have lasted longer than a few years? Pathways not being cleared. At a loss, the bike was in good condition to start with, why has it not been taken in? Bike could have caught on fire, near all residents fences, left with no space for pushchairs, weelchairs or just general access for residents.
