There are 3 enormous holes on the right hand side of the road just before the Village Hall in Ripe which are highly dangerous to cars, horses and cyclists. They have been marked now by a local resident with orange cones to warn of the hazard. They have been there for over 6 weekes.

Storm drains blocked, 28th February
One storm drain is totally blocked with mud (outside No4 Kingsfield) and several others either side of it are partially blocked. This includes all drains on the stretch of road from New House West to 6 Kingsfield. Every time it rains the road becomes flooded - see picture

Flooded road due to blocked storm drain, 9th November
The storm drain has been blocked for several months now. As a result the road is flooded near Riipe preschool for over a week. Blocked drain was reported several months ago and has not been cleared. The issue will only worsen with more rain forecast over coming weeks

Storm drain is completely blocked on Church Lane near Hayden Baker Hall. This was reported two months ago and supposed to have been sorted within a couple of weeks but has still not been done. This means that the road is flooding every time it rains as there is nowhere for the water to drain to.

Dangerous huge pothole covering 50% of road width, 17th April
This pothole is huge/very deep, unfortunately today Its caused considerable damage to my car as its impossible to avoid if oncoming traffic and it was full of water so not possible to see how deep it was until it was too late. On further inspection it is clear that it has recently had a dreadful repair which has all come out, it has deep sharp edges I assume where it's been jackhammered out at the last repair, why cant you employ a company that does the job properly? I reported another pothole a few months ago, the guys that came out spent no more than 30 minutes chucking tarmac in the hole and then spent a further two hours asleep in their van. Not acceptable. Please get this one fixed properly, its a narrow road with cyclists and motorbikes at huge risk.

50% of road surface disintegrated on a 90 degree bend, 2nd February
The surface of the road has completely disintegrated, in addition there are pot holes and a long ridge on one side where the side of the road has dropped. This is on a 90 degree bend on narrow lane and is now very dangerous as it causes vehicles to swerve out in to the path of oncoming vehicles on a bend. Please note there is a ditch on this bend that is blocked and does not free flow, today its still full of water from rainfall over 3 weeks ago. The ditch has been blocked for over a year, I have already reported this but it's still not been dug out. It causes flooding across the road when it rains, in addition as its always full of water this has been a contributing factor to the cause of road drop and surface cracking. Please will you address the blocked ditch issue in addition to road surface repairs to halt the main cause of damage. Many thanks
