Gas main reair collapsing, 31st January

These works are taking forever, 4th July
When they are working here which seems to be rarely, it’s 1 man on the excavator and the same man then driving the dump truck. How have they been allowed a permit for months?!
The traffic in rush hour backs up and causes obstruction on the A27. The timing on the heads is wrong and let’s too much traffic through which then blocks access for traffic travelling the other way. Please sort this out!
