Pot hole poor road surface, 30th March
This junction seems to be flooded at the earliest event of any rainfall. The road is constantly under water and the surface is losing its strength. The deeper holes are dangerous for cyclists and vehicles . Unfortunately I have fallen victim to excessive damage . Whilst driving the route , what I thought was a small shallow pool of rainwater, actually resulted in a deep over 100mm hole . This has caused my vehicle damage resulting in me sending the vehicle into the garage for repair costs .

Eastbound traffic lights continually turn red, 13th February
Every week the lights in an Eastbound direction have been activating as if a pedestrian has pressed them to cross. I've travelled in both directions during the evenings at least once a week and the Eastbound ones have played up every week.

Discarded dog foul bag, 15th January
There is a serial offender who is dropping bags of dog poo along either Edmonton road or Avalon Way. This appears to be a daily occurrence. I have even noticed the bags in a front garden of property. This has been going on for weeks or months. They tend to be a pastel coloured bag.

Blocked and partially blocked drains, 11th January
North side of the road in particular all along this 1/2 a mile section has many half blocked drains. Plenty of debris along the edge of the road. Road surface has lots of surface water in heavy rain.
