50x60cm pothole, 1st May
Top surface of road is gone, edges are broken up, the lower surface is cracked and breaking up more. It’s exactly where cycle users go and there’s a smaller pothole just outside it that if they swerved into would be high risk losing balance. Very busy road with buses, could end up under vehicle.

Poisonous hemlock growing on bank next to train station, 27th April
There's quite an infestation of poisonous hemlock on the bank near the lift out the back of Brighton railway station. The plant is extremely toxic when ingested to humans and animals, and can also cause severe skin reactions if touched.
I know this is a wildflower bank however it feels like this should be removed so that the seeds (flowers from June, seed from September time) don't spread further through the city.

Poisonous Hemlock growing along the side of the main pavement, 23rd April
There's two poisonous hemlock plants growing along the edge of the pavement, where the pavement meets the wall, just by the entrance to Nelson row between Milner flats and the Kingswood Estate - the second is just past nelson row on the kingswood estate side and is smaller.
This is of increasing concern as the Puffin Nursery is quite close to where the plant is growing and this is one of the most fatally toxic plants in the UK, with only a small amount (5 leaves even) being deadly to adults, and children are probably susceptible to less. It looks similar to the Cow Parsley the grows in other areas of Brighton, but the difference is that the stalks are green with red splotches whereas cow parsley stalks have a purple hue.
When you remove it, which I really hope you will as it's posionous to all mammals (and people walk dogs round there) please take care and wear gloves as it can cause skin irritation as well, and right now, pre flowering, it's at its most toxic.

Kids xylophone broken, 17th April
Someone has cut the drumstick off the kids' xylophone in the park so it's no longer functional - such a shame as the kids love it. Can it be replaced? (There used to be 2 and the same thing happened to the other one but it sadly wasn't replaced)
