Pot hole poor road surface, 30th March
This junction seems to be flooded at the earliest event of any rainfall. The road is constantly under water and the surface is losing its strength. The deeper holes are dangerous for cyclists and vehicles . Unfortunately I have fallen victim to excessive damage . Whilst driving the route , what I thought was a small shallow pool of rainwater, actually resulted in a deep over 100mm hole . This has caused my vehicle damage resulting in me sending the vehicle into the garage for repair costs .

There is a large deep pothole at the at the top of Vermont Drive at the junction with Sea Road. It will cause damage to vehicles driving over it as it’s impossible to avoid.

Collapsed drain cover, 29th December
A collapsed drain on the Langbury lane curve heading south towards the ferring railway crossing poses a significant RTA risk due to parked vehicles on the tight curve and oncoming traffic including the N0. 700 bus route. This catches vehicles unaware forcing them into the path of oncoming vehicles whilst on the curve.

Flytipped sofa etc, 19th December
An old plastic sofa and cushions have been dumped on the corner of Montpellier Rd and the corner of Beechlands Court. I have been aware of them since the weekend but they may have been there longer.

Uneven and broken paving slabs, 4th October
I was walking along pavement on Sunday 24th September, I tripped on a broken raised paving slab and fell heavily falling on my face shoulder arm and knees. My injuries were a badly dislocated left shoulder and a broken humerus, bruising to both knees and cut and grazing across bridge of nose. I required hospital treatment .
