It has been a very long time since any street cleaners have come to clean the area. Very disappointing from Bradford Council.

Inconsiderate parking, 21st March
Due to a near by school, parents abandon cars on lyncroft. The also reduce Poplars Park Road to a single lane by parking on the pavement on both sides of the road. Restricting not only vehicle access for all residents but creates a risk to prodestrians with limited pavement and potential injury from vehicle movements and open of vehicle doors. This happens twice a day at start and finish times. This has been reported on numerous occasions by numerous residents. With nothing being none to resolve the issue. Does someone have to substance an injury before action is taken

Drivers parking in front of our property, 10th March
Drivers regularly park in front of our drive entrance and sound horns as they pick up children from 75 Pullan Avenue. This happens every Sunday at 12pm. When the driver this week was approached they were aggressive and said they can sound their horn whenever they want. They don't seem to know Highways Code rules 112 or 243. I shall be adding Licence plates.

Faulty speed camera, 6th February
I was travelling towards Shipley/Saltaire/Skipton from Bradford along Manningham Lane today (BD8) 06.02.2024 between 15:30 and 15:50 and a speed camera flashed between my vehicle which was behind a post office van, so no vehicle was on the lines, and there were no vehicles travelling the opposite way. Myself and the post office vehicle were doing less than 20 mph if not less than 10mph because of traffic and as I said there were no cars travelling the opposite way. I’m concerned the camera is faulty and will pick me up as speeding which wasn’t the case at all because of traffic, but also because there were no other vehicles travelling over the speed monitoring lines when it flashed. I have dash cam footage of required.
