External drains to the side of the house exposed, 16th November
The drains down the left handside of the house are not sealed and only partially covered with wood. It has been like thus for a year since house was completed. Surely building regulations shoukd not allow this.

Ivy and bushes causing pinch point on main road, 11th August
Overgrown ivy is growing on the main highway and making the road narrower that it is. This causing a pinch point by parked cars on the opposite side and those cars then parking on the pavement, so as not to get their wing mirrors knocked off, which causes a pedestrian obstruction.
