Footpath covered in mud, 9th February
The footpath leading from Chevet mount to Ayersome oval is covered in mud, making it very difficult for people to walk on.
There are big clumps of mud on parts of the footpath which makes it very slippy and its only a matter of time before an elderly person slips in the mud.

No bollard on island been i owned over by people driving across the island instead of going around it, 23rd January
Allowing people to drive across the island in the road a child was nearly knocked down there last week by a driver going over the island and not around it it’s getting very dangerous and needs addressing as a matter of urgency

Huge potholes in public walkway - pedestrian health & safety issue, 25th May
These potholes have been there for many months and are getting worse. When crossing over the public walkway it is necessary to step out into the path of traffic to get around them. This is highly dangerous given it is straight after a bend in the road which means drivers would not see pedestrians until the last minute.

Dog fouling on public land outside 25 back heights road on street, 2nd November
Neighbours at 21 back heights road have been allowing their 2 dogs to foul outside on the street and on the grass which is a right of way in front of the gate outside ‘Owlbank Croft 23-25 back heights road’ for 4 years now. They don’t pick up dog poo and children live at the property and walk in it daily. They let other dog owners do the same just to Harrass us. Dogs are constantly lose and never on leads. 2 Yorkshire terrier dogs are dangerously out of control.
