The back street has been in a hazardous state for months on end. Previous reported to Bolton Council and nothing done. I witnessed some men smashing up the fridge freezer today to rip out the motor for scrap. There is broken glass and bog waste bags everywhere and lead has also been stolen off the roof of an adjacent office as the area attracts more undesirables. Its a complete and utter disgrace!

Raised edging kerb and potholes, 9th April
It wouldn’t let me upload more than one picture however there are several Potholes right at the end of the cul de sac on rotherhead close outside number 15. This is were the bin wagon stops which I feel is causing damage - there is also a trip hazard with a kerb As a frequent visitor to the close I frightened there is going to be damaged caused to my car and that of residents

Large van returned to park on the pavement, 30th March
The large AGR removals and storage van has returned to Richmond Street parking on the pavement again. This kind of heavy traffic is seriously damaging Rock Street and Richmond Street causing potholes to open up. There is a pothole on the junction of Richmond Street at the turn into Queen Street.

Main drain cover lose in middle of road, 30th March
Large main drain cover is loose causing loud banging noise which is keeping residence awake. Every car the crosses it causes the loud bang that can be heard for 100s yards away. No sleep is causing issues.

Blocked road water drain, 30th March
The road water drain is blocked at the entrance to the Old Vicarage causing flooding to the road and lifting existing repairs to potholes in the area. Drain most likely blocked with the lifted repair debris as it all over the pavement too. Plus 2 large pot holes have reappeared that need repairing.

Pavement is blocked with mud and fallen trees, 30th March
The Blackrod side of the pavement is not usable because of all the fallen tree branches. Also mud has slipped from the fields for a long stretch of the pavement on that side, roots have lifted the pavement making it impassable for the disabled.

4 large potholes on Rock Street, 27th February
These potholes have been there for months and are getting bigger each week. Due to parked cars on either side you have you drive through them. There are 2 halfway dow the road and another 2 nearer to Richmond street. This road is used as a shortcut and is busy.

All paper recycling bins emptied bar mine :(, 30th January
Hi. After 4 weeks waiting, the recycling bins have now been emptied, however all bar my cream paper and cardboard recycling bins have been emptied with mine just being left un-emptied meaning I now have to go to the tip to do a job I pay taxes for to be done and its really not on now. I work hard all week and shouldn't spend my day off going to a tip :( I can assure you my paper bin was fine with nothing in there that shouldn't be and no label or anything was left either by the refuse collectors.
