Junk Yard, 10th April
The side yard at 139 St George's Avenue has tyres piled up along with plenty of other items that have created a habitat for vermin. The side yard has become overgrown with vegetation. The yard needs to be cleared as it affects those in the immediate neighbourhood trying to sell their properties.

Pathway between the Orchard and Cemetery St. badly needs repair. It is dangerous to walk along the path., 9th April
The pathway fills with water every time it rains. Dog walkers have trouble negotiating the bits of paving that have been thrown down to ‘help’. It is very dangerous but is pointed out by a Council sign as a Public footpath! Please help before someone has an accident!

Missed bin collections, 28th March
I'm writing with regards to the bin collections on Alexandria Drive Westhoughton BL5 3HF Our burgundy bin has not been emptied since 26th February and I've been made aware by a neighbour that for some odd reason you have no record that none of the properties on our street have a burgundy bin which is very odd as we had been getting collections up until 26th February and the black, paper and grass bins have been emptied. My concern is, when I now check the "when is my next collection" page on your website there are only 5 properties listed on Alexandria Drive so I'm worried that none of our bins are going to get emptied ever again.

Slip Hazard, 16th February
Whilst walking with my wife and dog as we came to ascend the steps from the woodland opposite the bridge and entrance to cunningham clough, my wife slipped and fell on the steps due to an accumulation of mud and wet leaves. If these steps were maintained regularly this incident would not have happened. This needs urgent attention to save this from happening again.

Grassed verge adjoining footpath on The Hoskers, adjacent to junction with Sandalwood (South) has been destroyed., 30th January
Previously grassed verge has been destroyed by what appears to be an HGV or similar. It now resembles a (badly) ploughed field and is hazardous to pedestrians being deeply rutted as well as being an absolute eyesore.

Large lorry has not moved for several - at least 6 months. It is listed as SORN: but is on the street. Has been reported before but is still there. Also same vehicle - the number plates do not match the lorry colour (lorry is dark blue) .
