ISSUE: Speeding and road related offences around the Crompton area. Priority routes are Halliwell Road / Moss Bank Way / Crompton Way / Blackburn Road. Peak times are mid to late afternoon.
ACTION: Your local officers will be conducting speed enforcement in the area and dealing with motorists who exceed the limit. They will also be seizing uninsured vehicles and arresting anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We are also working with local schools to make the roads safer around schools.

ISSUE: Residential burglaries occurring around the Bolton area
ACTION: Local officers will be ensuring that all residential burglaries are investigated. Officers will be checking CCTV cameras and speaking to other residents to identify any witnesses. We will also be distributing crime prevention advice to prevent people becoming a victim of burglary.
