Back Street Blocked, 24th July
The residents of 21 Craven Street keep on blocking the back street between Blenheim and Craven Street. They block it with a camper van and an astra. Due to poor parking elsewhere it makes getting to and from the bottom houses very difficult. I had a workman who was boxed in for an hour by these people who park like that daily.

Resisdent stealing bins again, 7th January
The current resident of 21 Craven Street has taken yet another bin after having one removed by the council. They currently have three grey bins after stealing one from 13 Craven Street and another from 20 Blenheim Street. Today they have dumped one bin outside their own house and another outside of 20. Our collection day is Friday. This is getting very annoying and they clearly need help with the collection schedule. Video evidence available on request.

Resident Leaving Full Bins Out, Dumping Rubbish in Street, 12th December
The current residents of 21 Craven Street have two grey bins (one they have recently stolen from number 16 Blenheim St) and they do not put them out correctly. They put one outside their own house which is usually collected (the previous tenant was disabled) and they usually dump the other outside someone elses house. Last Friday only one of their bins was collected and they keep moving their full bin to outside other peoples yards. I keep on moving it back to their gate. The other residents are required to put their bins at the bottom of the street but they don't do that either. They have also dumped a wooden yellow/green planter further up the street outside someone elses house, they tipped the soil out of it into the open drain that is missing its cover. I have no idea how these two ladies are producing so much rubbish as they are also constantly dumping extra bags into other peoples bins.

Many potholes!, 4th April
There are many potholes in the road that are quite deep and have been there for some time! These have already been reported and nothing has been done about them, if these aren’t fixed I’m concerned they may be an accident due to either a tyre blowout or someone trying to avoid them and driving in the wrong side of the road causing a collision!

This works van is constantly parking on the pavement at evenings and weekends when it is totally unnecessary to do so. The road is wide enough for it to park normally. The old paving stones are being damaged at the top of the street by it driving on to the pavement.
