Dog barking all day, 20th June
We live a few doors down from a house on Knowsley road and all we hear all day is a yapping dog in a back garden all day and all hours. It keeps my children awake and also prevents me from sitting in the garden.I know the house number and they also must know they are causing a nuisance. Ignorant and selfish to say the least.

Broken curb, no traffic island or light outside YU restaurant, 1st November
The traffic island in the road was missing and light wasn't working, all the other traffic islands along that road are lit up except this one. Causing myself to hit the broken curb, busting two tyres, damage my alloy, and knock the tracking out on the car.

Speed limit signs covered, 20th September
The National Speed Limit signs at the junction of Ribchester Road and Longsight Road were covered with black plastic sheeting for the temporary traffic order enforcing a 40mph limit on Ribchester Road for the duration of the Royal Lancashire Show in July. The yellow police signs for the show have been removed but the black plastic sheeting over the speed limit signs is still in place.

Bad erosion at road edges, 16th April
Over winter the previous 'repairs' to roadsides have caused water to flow down edges of road and erode the ground to the sides as no kerbing was installed. This is causing erosion up to 18 inches deep in places which is starting to undermine the road itself. The road is single track in places, has no 'soft edges' warnings and is not fully marked or lit. Vehicles could easily slip off the tarmac when passing, which could result in damage to cars, and potentially stranded vehicles or large damage to surrounding ground and road surface if heavy vehicles leave contact with tarmac. If unattended to, the erosion will eventually undermine the whole road
