Three main areas of fly tipping, 15th April
M65 verges off Junction 12 heading towards Burnley. Large amount of fly tipping in 3 main area. Most recent in last 2 days.There is one area near the top of the field/verge of dumped black bin bags. Middle of the field verge there are multiple grey/white bags and further along is an old bath and other rotting wood/plasterboard and plastic. They are easily seen from the public footpath behind Chatburn Park drive and easily reached from the motorway verge as vegetation hasn’t yet grown.

Blocked drains, 14th January
Blocked drains on Noggarth Road on the left hand side going up from Fence. One is below the 30 mph sign, and there are 3 others above it, before Croft Top Lane. Water is cascading down the road, ultimately causing damage to the surface. It will be freezing o/n with potential to damage the surface further. This road is being resurfaced this week? and the blocked drains should be dealt with before the resurfacing takes place.

Several small but deep holes on a stretch of croft top lane,fence between junction Noggarth Rd ands Higher Fencegate Farm., 28th September

Bins left out and general untidiness /rubbish issues, 8th February
Number 8. Bins are often left out long after collection blocking the pavement. Excess waste is not recycled but burnt in the back garden. Smoke sometimes drifts in the direction of the motorway. Generally messy,untidy,poorly kept property not in keeping with the area.

2 white coaches using the layby as a parking area, 10th July
Would b grateful if you could investigate why 2 white coaches seem to be using a layby on the A6068 between Fence Village and Carr Hall Rd as a regular parking area.To my knowledge this is not what the layby if for. Thanking you in anticipation.

Very large pothole, 10th December
I am a regular visitor to Barley. Hit a very large pothole in the dark, so unable to avoid/ see in time which caused by tyre to pop. Made a lovely day in to an angry one and an expensive one ??

Large pothole which is deepening by the day, 9th December
This pothole has been refilled with tarmac approx 2 or 3 times. The pothole is created by a spring. Refilling it with more tarmac will not work. The spring needs to be identified and divereted.

Bin bags and wheelie bins left blocking pavements, 4th December
Wheelie bins and bin bags of rubbish have been left blocking the pavement outside a property on Chatburn Park drive. Near the junction to the Avenue.This is not the first time and bins or rubbish are left out on the street for a week or longer.

Big pothole, 26th September
This pothole has been there at least 4 weeks ive hit the pothole a number of time as wagons are always parked on road and you sometimes can't avoid I've noticed my tyre going down and was told both front tyres were damaged and when I've got them changed I'm also told the wheels are damaged

Potholes androad surface broken up., 10th August
There are pot holes which have been here for months and the road surface is breaking up. Pedestrians are forced to walk on the rod as there is no pavement on either side. This is a blind corner and cars are moving to avoid pot holes on an already narrow road and this is becoming very dangerous .There are elderly people with walking frames who have to use this road.
