Overgrown weeds along steps, 19th April
Clown hall increase our tax but can't be bothered with this. It's Been reported before 2 years ago, council still not managed to deal with it, why not ? Even the road sweepers don't bother with other streets. What's going on? Unbelievable.

Tarmac raised in previous trench remediation., 5th April
A strip of tarmac in a line across the road had swollen significantly causing cyclists to be thrown upwards on the approach to the roundabout. It not only makes signalling difficult (one hand on the handlebars), but also potential to lose control if not aware of the problem.

Hole in road forming around previous repair, 5th April
This hole has been getting worse for months and is becoming dangerous. Due to parked cars there is a danger of close pass by vehicles overtaking so avoiding the hole increases this risk.

Dangerous hole formed on corner entering Blakewater Road from roundabout., 5th April
Avoiding this hole requires moving out into traffic overtaking any cyclist whilst also turning into the road from the roundabout. The hole is serious enough to cause someone forced to avoid a collision, to lose control of a bicycle and fall into the road. Being on a sharp bend, any potential accident might be unsighted from traffic turning left from Philips road.

Rats, 11th March
Hi
There has been a build up of mud/dirt/debris/rubbish/food on Accrington Road between numbers 138-156. It has been gradually getting worse over time and as a result there are now rats attracted to this. It is just a case of cleaning the rubbish up and the fear is the rats will now become attracted into the houses.

Blocked gully on Accrington Road, Blackburn, 6th March
Hi
I previously reported a blocked gully on Accrington Road in Blackburn. This is outside Number 156. The report was sent on 17th February. I would like to add to this.
There is also a blocked gully outside number 148 Accrington Road. And again outside number 130. So there are three in total that need looking at.
Also, with these gullys being blocked over time there has been a gradual build up of mud, dirt etc which has made the whole stretch of road filthy. Please can you look at sending someone to clean this too? Thanks

There is a three feet approx circular pothole about three inches in depth on the left side of the road with Novia Scotia on your left., 2nd March
We drove over the corner of it and it was quite a jolt. It could cause damage to people's cars and is dangerous for bikes and motorbikes. We noticed it about a week ago.

Massive pothole on Bolton road heading in Darwen direction near car wash about 100 yards away from Moffat motor accessories, 28th February
Massive pothole /crater on Bolton road just as left hand land merges back into the right lane. Could cause a serious accident if someone swerves to avoid. Its had white lines painted round it for over a week. No good painting white lines round needs filling in and quickly.
