Deceased cat, 22nd March
Hi there, sadly there's a deceased cat on this stretch of the M65, between Jcts 11 and 10 going West. They're unfortunately on the central res, next to the outside lane so pretty impossible to stop. In this circumstance, would the Highways Agency assist? The cat looked to be black on the top with a fully white underside, although I was driving quite fast.
