‘Massive pothole’, 4th December
I hit a pot hole at the end of October. Caused significant damage (circa £1300+) to my car. That pothole was repaired. It’s now opened up and several cars have hit it and hex damage eg blown tyres.

Location: in the subway between Ply Rd. & Ply Close, 21st August
Location: in the subway under the B'gtrove H/way. Graffiti on both of the side walls. "IAN.FC." Please clean it up, AND also please ensure you report it to the police, however I (together with colleagues), expect the police might not even issue an incident number!!!

Cars parking on pavement, 17th August
There is a single yellow line with daytime time restrictions outside the barber, pet Salon and coffee shop. Multiple cars persistently part on the pavement on the yellow line to go to the businesses. It's difficult to get past with push chair and dangerous to let kids walk on the pavement when cars keep driving up it.

Every day new rubbish thrown in the bush, 4th August
Bushes in Lightoak close (bushes directly in front of carpark "50 -53" )
There's is more rubbish than what photos show as I could only upload 3 photos.
I've reported this numerous times and have even cleared out the rubbish myself and taken to local tip after getting a permit just so can dispose of other people's rubbish. I'm fed up of having to look at the rubbish from my windows.

Lime trees, 30th June
Lime trees covering vehicles with a sticky sap, discolouring paintwork and impairing vision through windscreens. Residents complaining on a regular basis (annually) but nothing is ever done. Also rats are back on the waste ground between Fordbridge Close and Spinney Mews and getting into gardens.

Every day new rubbish, furniture etc in bush, 19th June
Every day they Bush is full of furniture and rubbish. My husband and myself have been cleaning out the bushes but every day the local kids seem to be finding more and more and using it all in the Bush to make dens. The stuff we have disposed of is rather dangerous. Now there is more furniture in the Bush which needs clearing up. I'm np longer going to do it as its not my rubbish and I don't see why I should be clearing up other peoples trash.

Parking issues, 3rd April
Good morning
After 2 years with no issues we have a new resident of no 16 Malvern Road who is now leaving notes on cars to stop them parking near his driveway(he parks on his front garden/drive) and we have not blocked him at all.., he seems to think the frontage is his. He doesn’t have a dropped curb still so effectively (as below) we are back to the same situation as previous occupants!
Is there anything you can do/send him to advise him if this fact?
Over the years the situation became truly awful having to involve police, local councillor etc and I don’t want to have to go through that again!

Illegal advertising by oulsam (Estate Agent), 17th February
LOCATION - Southcrest Chapel side of the road. A For Sale notice with an arrow pointing down Plymouth Rd. is on the street sign. What enforcement action with FINANCIAL PENALTIES, (if any), - are taken against Estate Agents and other businesses for illegal advertising?

Littering & Flytipping, 16th February
There is empty plastic containers, boxes and lots of rubbish, plastic sheeting and plastic bottles are scattered all down the central reservation from Callow Hill slip road right down to Bromsgrove island. Looks terrible and dangerous.
