Standing water for 2 weeks, 17th February
The road is flooded. It has been flooded for over 2 weeks - even when it does not rain. There is hardly any water ciming out from the drain in to the ditch. It is not possible to use the footpath or cycle. Yet WCC want to promote "active transport". Please therefore enable "active transport" by unblocking the drains and clearing up the mess.

Road flood for 2 weeks, 17th February
The road is again flooded here. The outlet to the culvert on the other side of the canal is only a trickle of water, with hundreds of litres of water backed up behind it. This is the outcome of years of poor maintenance and failure to take appropriate action. Pedestrians and cyclists are soaked by passing vehicles, the road is covered in silt, the pavement is damaged, curbs are collapsing. This situation is not acceptable and WCC failure to spend money on essential maintenance has only generated yet more cost to council tax payers to rectify the damage.
