Manhole collapsing, 3rd March
The manhole cover is dangerously loose and at risk of collapsing. Tarmac around is broken and missing. Loose bits of stone from under the tarmac are being churned up by vehicles and risk hitting pedestrians.

Missing “limited parking sign”, 16th February
There was always “limited parking sign” on the bay outside the Conservative Club, Alcester Rd, Studley. Approx 2 years ago a vehicle knocked the sign down . It was removed and never replaced. This means that nowadays vehicles are parked in the bay all day long. Thus giving limited access to main road when trying to exit from Manor Rd, Previously we had a 50/50 chance of the bay being clear. Please replace the sign.

Another blocked drain on opposite side to the other one I have reported - this results in water streaming down the road and into Liberty Fields dog walking field. I have reported this before and nothing was done.

Banging drain cover, 17th January
The drain cover in the road outside king home estate agents on the alcester road studley does not fit correctly and makes a very loud banging noise every time a car drives over it. This is a considerable nuisance especially at night when residents are trying to sleep but are kept awake by the banging noise from this drain cover.
I have acutaly been woken up by the noise.
I can't pin point which drain cover it is but it's between the the methodist church and the bust stop opposite acorn vets on the Alcester Road Studley.
Can this be renewed/fixed as soon as possible please as with ever increasing road use this carries on all day and night

4x deep potholes, Jill Lane near Oak Tree Lane, 31st December
Group of 4x potholes, all over 50mm deep. Passing vehicles regularly drop wheels into them. They are wide enough and deep enough to cause damage to wheels & tyres.

Regular flooding near Spinney Cottage, 28th December
Whenever there is significant rainfall, ie more than 5mm in a day, the roadway near the entrance to Spinney Cottage on Oak Tree Lane, Sambourne floods. The standing water takes about 4-5 rain free days before it recedes. The water reaches approx 200mm at the deepest sites, and has led to some damage to vehicles when trying to drive through it. The site is on a curve, and at night it is hard to see the presence of the flood water, causing late braking and additional risks. The drainage here is totally inadequate and flooding is now a regular occurrence.

Potholes & edge of roadway breaking away, 16th December
There are a series of potholes on Oak Tree Lane between Elmwood and Spinney Cottage. At this site there are a number of points where the edge of the roadway has broken away, leading to a dangerous situation when cars pass each other.

Street light not working, 7th December
Street light on A 435 has not been working for more than 6 weeks. It is located opposite the junction of Holt Road Studley. The lack of light in this area makes this junction even more difficult for traffic joining and leaving Holt Road
