Fly tipping, 14th April
Again as the bin men refuse to return bins to car park the fly tippers have been attracted to the bins . Not only unsightly but the rubbish which won’t go in bins because residents can’t get to them will be left next to the pile of rubbish and the problem will grow. This causes vermin to be attracted and is a health hazard to elderly people living next to Emo court ant the children who live in Emo Court who need space to play safely. Last weeks report was not actioned on so please help sort this out .

Dangerous Pothole, 4th April
The whole of Gloucester Way road service is crumbling. The photos attached evidence how serious/ dangerous the one,s outside the bungalows Moorend Avenue end are. This came to my attention as I was hit on the leg by debris when a car drove past and I also heard a bang as the debris hit one of the parked cars.
I would also like to put on record that there needs to be some sort of vehicle calming on Gloucester Way as vehicles us it as a race track. There have been several accidents on Gloucester Way due to excessive speed. The latest one was a head on crash to a disabled Tennant who lives in the bungalows. They were on the correct side of the road heading towards moorend avenue a vehicle turning right onto Gloucester Way crashed straight into them head on. There are numerous other incidents (cars being hit wing mirrors etc). I have witnessed several near misses by Lincoln Grove and Cambridge Drive either with people or vehicles.
I have raised the above regarding speed etc several times including with the police when the accident occurred where a vehicle ended up in on the river Bank from a collision on the corner of Gloucester Way and Moorend Avenue.
The two accidents I have mentioned will be on record due police attendance.
While I appreciate this may not be the correct way to escalate this I would appreciate if it escalated to the correct department or to receive guidance on how to take this forward.
