Broken bin dumped, 11th May
There is a large broken dumped on the road. It has been here for around two months at least. It has a missing wheel and someone has left it on the side of the road. No one seems to pull it back to the front of their house. Somehow it is constantly filling up with rubbish and someone has now dumped rubbish beside the bin as well. Please can you remove the bin as no one appears to take ownership of it. Thank you
