This issue has been reported twice now but with no action. We were advised by BCC that this was being investigated but it has been over 3 months since first reported. The builder yellow logo'ed bag is being used as a bin and waste placed inside it. Volunteer Litter Pickers have being removing this litter weekly. The council need to remove this now to prevent further inconvenience. Please can this be taken seriously and action taken.

The bin in the location by bus stop in direction of Dudley Road on City Rd was loose and fell over. It was moved a few times and fell over. It was put upright again near the tree but is now missing. I've had a good look around but it seems to be missing or removed. Please could we have the bin replaced and secured properly. When the bin was very loose, it was reported but there was no action.
