2 Former Road Openings that have sunk below existing Road level., 3rd January
There are 2 former road openings which have sunk below the rest of the road surface. These 2 uneven parts of the road are located on the A5. As you exit the Creavanagh Road Roundabout A5/A505 and approach the Drumragh River Bridge you will hit the first Road opening that has sunk. The next bump in the Road is at the other end of the Bridge. These are quite deep and have gotten worse in the past few Months.

Light out, 10th November
Street light out at the back of the Tara Centre. Needed as night courses from 6pm-10-30pm run at the centre and people have to walk to nearby car park. Locking up at night the area is very dark and off putting.

Confusing light blinding drivers, 7th August
Glendale service station A large led advertising sign has been placed near the roadside. The light is visible from several hundred meters. The colours cycle green, red, white. This is traffic light like signals and I see confused drivers unexpectedly slowing and braking thinking they have to stop ahead. The sign is also blinding bright when near and is as annoying and distracting as meeting non dipped headlights. It is distracting in daylight but in the dark night it is blinding bright. On an advertising note, the message cannot be read until quite close so being seen for 200m is pointless. A dark night, heavy rain or fog and IMHO an accident is probable.

Deep pothole and lying water, 23rd February
Blocked gully causes water to accumulate. neighbour has created parking area. dangerous in frosty conditions, corner always slippery
