Issue present for a long number of years. With the congestion in Moira village, a large number of cars are now using the Bottier Road to bypass the village at peak travel times. It is hazzardous situation when trying to emerge from the blind Grove Hill Road junction, with the extra traffic moving at speed.
The setting back of the hedge would improve this immensely.
