Hairdresser Clients Blocking Footpath, 4th April
This is a follow up to a previous report that has gone unresolved.
The clients of the hairdressers next to our office frequently block up the pavement, at times with a multitude of cars. The enclosed picture is a screenshot from our camera showing a woman having to cross into the road with her child in a buggy due to the parked car. Furthermore, our neighbour is disabled and often faces trouble simply going to the shops due to the cars on the pavement. The parked cars obstruct the view of the road to anyone pulling out of the spaces making it difficult to see oncoming traffic. Our address is 767B Upper Newtownards Road, BT16 2QY. The issue has been present for well over a year and this report is submitted on behalf of the people who live here whose safe passage has been obstructed.

Cara parking creating mud tracks on verge, 15th March
Cars parking on the grass verge outside dentist at 789 Upper Newtownards Road damaging the verge and making unsightly mud tracks and huge puddles. Has been an issue for a year or so.

Hairdresser clients blocking pavement, 31st January
The clients of the hairdressers next to our office frequently block up the pavement, at times with a multitude of cars. Huge puddle forming blocked gulley, 18th November
When it rains a huge puddle forms here and blocks the bus lane. Now it is dry there is a lot of mud and sludge which could be cleared away and the gulley also needs to be unblocked to prevent further flooding of the bus lane.

The person who owns this car does not live here. This is a strictly private parking area. Lady was picking up her child from the school opposite. I am fed up with people parking in here when it clearly says private parking

Ballyhackamore Gatso Speed Camera Fault, 25th May

Double yellow parking, 30th November

This car has been there for a month at least. It doesnt belong to anyone living in Circular Road., 2nd October
The car is parked halfway across the footpath causing an obstruction to pedestrians and preventing me from putting my bins out. The bin men won't lift the bin from the driveway. It's also parked in a dangerous postion as it blocks my view of the road as I am trying to pull out. It also makes reversing into my driveway very difficult.

Muddy deposits on footpath, 16th March
Muddy deposits on footpath on Comber Road near Ruby's Bar car park entrance. making it slippery and sludgy underfoot. Dangerous for elderly. Just needs street cleaning machine to clear the path. Has been like this for 3-4 months.

Branches on base of trees obscure seeing traffic, 13th June
Trees on Cherryvalley Park have branches sprouting at or close to the base of their trunks. This has made it very difficult to see traffic when reversing. It has become quite dangerous. Traffic driving on Cherryvalley Park won’t realise that they cannot be seen by reversing traffic. I have removed the branches of two trees closest to me but the only street needs done.

Parked cars everywhere, 17th March
I have been living here now 5 years and parking in my street is just ridiculous. Between cars parking over driveways on footpaths unable to walk on footpaths having to walk on roads making it very on safe for me and my children I have a 10 year old autistic and learning disabilities child
