Footway along Woodgreen Avenue is uneven and a trip hazard, 23rd August
Woodgreen Avenue is a neighbourhood of elderly people who occasionally walk along this dreaded footpath to visit one another. However, my 86 year old grandmother, a resident, has mentioned to me that she has been tripping on the uneven pavement when out, and it is causing her to be more reluctant to leave the safety of her home. My grandfather will not tackle it at all as the surface does not allow for his walking aid. The entire footway needs resurfacing not just for aesthetics, but for the safety and peace of mind of these vulnerable people.
