Dead End road sign required, 7th June
There is a large amount of unnecessary traffic of large lorries and cars driving down this road daily not knowing that this is a dead end street, causing congestion and near misses with people when trying to manouvre to turn around. The road has recently been fixed for potholes but the damage is already getting back due to this extra traffic.

Number of fly tipped items throughout estate, 12th January
Hello, I usually litter pick but was told by the council to stop as the streetsweeper would do it. First of all, the place is a mess with litter. Second of all, people have fly tipped black bags of rubbish in Rathkyle (along the main road as you approach the roundabout). There are fly tipped items outside no. 36 Rathglynn i.e. large dog kennel and fence boards - they were reported months ago and the issue is still there. The road in Rathglynn is a mess with styrofoam and shattered glass. The street and road sweepers are urgently needed throughout the estate.

Unfortunately, the blue bin workers left a trail of rubbish as they emptied the bins. This has been reported to the Civic Centre and the street sweeper has been ordered. I wanted you to know the trail of litter has been lifted.

Abandoned bin on footpath, 22nd December
There has been an abandoned black bin on the footpath for over 6 months. It's opposite no. 39 Rathkyle (no number on the bin). Recently, someone filled it with huge bags of rubbish that are ready to spill out. I couldn't take a photo as kids were playing close by. There is a dead rat on the grass next to it, rats are an issue in the area. Something needs to be done once and for all.

I've already reported the fly-tipped items but nobody will lift them. They are tipped behind the electric box and pebble-dash wall beside no. 10-11 Rathkyle Stiles (block of flats). Now a large mirror has been fly-tipped and the glass is smashed. Surely this is now a health and safety issue?

Litter bag for collection, 15th January
I have left a (council bag) of litter at the bus stop at Rathkyle. It is next to the council's litter bin.
I have gathered a full bag of rubbish after the blue bins were emptied. Unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence, despite the stormy weather. You will see from the litter gathered it is mostly recyclable items. I hope better care is taken in the future.
