Loose manhole cover., 4th September
Close to the Milestone service station on the Middle Road there is a loose manhole cover on the road. Everytime a vvehicle drives over this there is a loud clanging/clattering which can be clearly heard in our garden at Windslow Heights several hundred yards away. Very annoying.

2 signs erected on roadside, 9th May
Hi, I maintain a 125 m strip of grass on Prince Andrew Way adjacent to my property ( voluntarily and am happy to do). Recently a developer has erected signs advertising a building site on opposite side of the road. There are no houses built or even a website. These signs make it hard for me to cut the grass and I have to step onto road. Can signs be removed or at least moved to side of road they relate to.

Poor footpath surfaces, 30th October
The footpaths from Windslow towards garage has never been resurfaced (to our knowledge)in the 40+ years we have lived here. Also road surface from Windslow right along towards Beltoy in very poor condition. Just drive along it and all will become clear

Dangerous footpath tripping surface, 21st March
The footpaths in Prospect Heights is in a terrible state there has been so much work over the past few years that the footpaths are now so rough and uneven it will be just a matter of time until someone gets hurt. They most certainly need recovering and brought back to level

Dog waste and Litter, 21st March
The disgusting habit of dog owners ignoring signs etc ,and just leaving the dog poo wherever they like ,this is a serious problem in this area. The guilty owners appear to come out at night or early morning, I have found people picking up dog poo in a proper bag and then just leaving the bag in the hope someone else will dispose of it.The general litter problem in carrickfergus is intorable

Dangerous pothole!, 20th February
The pothole I hit at the legal speed limit on that road and I now have to replace the spring in my own car. The pothole has been there for a very long time and only recently has been made worse. It’s also avoidable on a busy road such as this one.

Inconsiderate Parking, 15th September
The properties at the very bottom of Leicester Court have taken it upon themselves, for a long time now, to completely take over the turning circle at the bottom of the street, making it almost impossible for anyone to turn their cars etc, we've had continual complaints from delivery drivers who struggle to manoeuvre around this "carpark". I have no idea how the bin lorries and recycling lorries manage it.
Not only is it an inconvenience it's downright dangerous should any emergency vehicles be required by the street's residence. I could understand if there was only 1 or 2 cars (still not really acceptable) but it's beyond ridiculous and really needs addressed now as the vehicles seem to be breeding!

Broken / not lit, 15th October
This light has been broken for a week now. It lights up an alleyway that elderly people and parents with young children use.

Bushes on roundabout just outside 28 Craig's Road, 12th June
We have lived at no 28 Craig's Road now for 2.5 years and the bushes on the roundabout prevent us seeing any vehicles coming up the road as we turn into our driveway. We've had a few near accidents as our (my husband and I) vision is blocked by the bushes on the roundabout as we turn into our driveway. Can you please cut a gap in between the bushes just like the roundabout outside 53 Craig's road, so that we can see clearly oncoming vehicles and are able to turn into our driveway safely.
