Rubbish in black bag dumped by Bryson Recycling as it obviously didn’t meet their criteria. Also accumulated rubbish still in situ despite being reported months ago in the rear car park of Plantation Way.?, 30th November
Council say NIHE are responsible to clean car park at rear of Plantation Way, BT365NX but nothing’s been done, it’s been ignored for years now!

The dropping of litter has always been a problem in this social housing estate, since lockdown it has exploded. Children constantly drop litter without any consequence. Mostly these are primary school aged kids who attend local schools, sadly the schools are not addressing this issue by education, in a time where awareness about plastic pollution has never been higher it is hard to fathom just why kids drop litter within feet of a litter bin?, 6th September
Schools, especially pre and primary schools need to launch an awareness campaign about not dropping litter! So that it becomes a shameful thing to do amongst peer groups! I do not wish to be identified in any way, as living in a housing estate in Northern Ireland could endanger my property and life!

Cardboard left at the side of laneway between 8 and 10 Plantation Way, also accumulated abandoned unwanted items left at the rear of 14 Plantation Way? Also corner of car Park not cleaned for years and is a slip hazard with moss growing, 18th May
This area has been forgotten as it’s out of the way, the NIHE have failed to carry out their responsibilities and keeping the area clean. This situation will only get worse if action is not taken!

Lane way running from newmossley shops to manse road needs swept full of rubbish, leaves, glass and grass verge has grown over the path especially at the top end and causing laneway to flood. Gully’s and drains also blocked, street lights also out on several locations, 27th February
