One of my neighbours has put a pipe from their garden onto the path, 10th December
As a result of this pipe coming from their garden when it rains the water runs down the path and with the frost just now its frozen solid this is an accident waiting to happen plus it runs just outside my house I don't think this is right and should not be happening could someone please come out and inspect this before a serious accident happens thanks

Illegal parking of second cars and work vans., 9th October
There are work vans illegally parked up by 2 neigbours/occupiers on pavements in the perimeter of the cul-de-sac. The same people also have a small black van completely blocking the right of way to pedestrians on the pavement and the other person has their second small car parked in the same manner on pavement too.
This is stopping my elderly family member from safely going out for regular evening walks in this area due to having to go on road to get around vehicles in question. We have also witnessed that this area has a few small children that often play in street within this area. It is an accident waiting to happen with cars being parked in this digustingly selfish way.

Two potholes side by side, 21st January
Just as you aproach the junction onto the A98 there are two holes side by side.
approx 10-12 inch long about 4 inch wide and 3-4 inches deep.
