Constant disregard of parking rules, 12th November
This is a daily occurrence on Low street. Cars are parked here all day, often blocking the entrance to the garages through the archway. This parking problem has been going on for the past 6 months The white car seems to belong to a worker from the courthouse and parks daily for 8-9 hours at a time. The next car along seems to belong to the flower shop, which is always there when the shop is open. Incidentally it is right under the 'no stopping' sign.

Cave in the bay of Cullen filled with litter, 13th August
By Tarlair pool there is a path that leads to a small beach called the bay of Cullen. There is a small cave there. It is filled with rubbish, smashed bottles, old one use bbqs and a lot of other stuff as well. Birds and Herons use that cave so it's a huge danger to wildlife. I've also seen children climb in it so it's dangerous for them as well. It has been like this for a while and no one has done anything about it.

Faulty Gate Latch, 15th February
The gate latch on the the gate to the old churchyard in High Shore/Carmelite Street Banff is inoperable.
The hole for the bolt is not aligned so it is impossible to close the gate properly. It blows open and slings backwards and forwards in the slightest wind. It will eventually damage the gate if not fixed

For the second time this month a concrete bollard outside the old cemetery in Banff at the junction of High Shore/ Carmeliite Sreet has been knocked over by a vehicle and is lying in a dangerous position on the road.

Section of Banff Kirkyard fence removed by council at least 2 yrs ago. Temporary patch applied 12 moths ago. Local Councillor Mike Roy knows about the problem but has done nothing. It is a preservation area, 28th August
The missing section is of the old cast iron type and as removed because it was thought to be dangerous. But this was at least 2 years ago probably longer. It is an eyesore in the old part of Banff Town. This Kirkyard attracts many visitors from all over the world. It is an embarrassment.

Section of Rought Iron Fence missing Old Cemetery Carmelite Street, Banff, 6th April
Some months ago a section of rought iron fencing was removed by the council presumably for repair. It has never been replaced. I lock up the cemetery each night to stop vandals etc and open it each morning. I also collect any rubbish as the cemetery is visitited by tourists
