This road that leads to a council depot is like a ploughed park. There isn't even a sign to warn road users of a ploughed park ahead. This has been like this as long as I can remember.

Massive pothole, 12th April
Really deep pothole on this road, this is lethal and will cause serious injury. The rest of this road also in very very bad condition and is already damaging vehicles. I see already reported, please get this sorted before it causes severe damage to human or to cars. Shocking how this has been in such a bad condition for ao long and council done nothing. Get this sorted or what are we paying taxes for. Mintlaw Station industrial estate, Co op, Indian, harbor and also COUNCIL BUILDINGS up this road and a number of other businesses. All these businesses pay rates, so, get this SORTED!!

Sunken surface water drain cover, 22nd February
As you exit the roundabout onto Station road there is a surface drain cover (inline with the Chinese) that has been sinking for the past year and is now quite bad. I was on my Bicycle las night while exiting the roundabout a large lorry was passing me but had to swerve due to several cars coming towards the roundabout that appeared to be speeding and moving about the road which left me no choice to go hard up against the pavement which meant I went into the sunken cover, this caused me to almost fall off and jerk my back, which is quite sore today. not the lorries fault. think this needs to be looked at as soon as possible. Thanks.

Large pot hole, 21st February
As you leave Mintlaw towards Longside. Longside road / Nether Aden road there is a large pot hole. I hit it with my Lorry but didn't cause any damage, any car that doesn't miss it will for sure damage the wheel / suspension. There has been work very near the pot hole last week, not sure why it wasn't fixed then!!!

Badly damaged road surface, 21st February
As you turn off the A950 Station Road to go to the Co-op / council yard the road surface is in very poor condition. While on my bicycle I was barely able to stay on. some of the pot holes are getting very deep. This road must be damaging cars etc.

Significant pot hole, 9th November
A Pothole by the road edge is not very visible for cyclists especially when is getting dark or dark.
If they do see it, they may hit the kerb, or alternatively move further out into the road to avoid it.

Lots of pot holes / lots of loose stones, 5th July
The pot holes are getting worse every day. There is also lots of loose stones most at the side of the road. This makes this very dangerous for bikes / motorbikes as you can skid. These holes are getting quite deep now. Damage to wheels etc will happen

Mintlaw -The Square roundabout, 26th June
The roundabout is getting very bad now with potholes / groves - train tracks. On a motor bike as you join and leave the round about it feel like its going to make you fall as the tyre wants to follow the groves but your trying to leave the roundabout. I believe this is extremely dangerous and should be made a priority to be fixed before some one falls off.

Large pot holes, 26th June
Large pot holes on the A950 Station road Mintlaw, between Newlands road and Mintlaw Academy. There is at least 3 holes on the side as you head towards the Academy. I was walking my dog and a stone from the breaking up road was thrown up and hit my leg when a lorry went past. These holes have been growing bigger over the past few weeks, but have been there for months.

Water not draining away due to blocked drain. This is an ongoing problem and never property repaired. Every time it rains even a shower water builds up.

Gravel on the road, 4th April
The roads are covered in gravel, they don’t appear to have been swept for ever. The junction at Aden gardens down to Aden circle is a mess, the amount of gravel is an accident waiting to happen if someone has to brake hard. If on two wheels and you turn down to Aden circle it’s highly likely you will fall off, please get it cleaned up before it happens. I have noticed that all roads in the area appear to be in need of being swept,

Very large pot hole, 2nd April
I unfortunately drove into this pot hole and burst my tyre due to the sheer size of it. It cost me a lot of money to fix my tyre as I had to call out my local tyre shop to come and fix it. This pot hole has been here for months and has been reported many times by various different people and nothing has been done. This pothole is extremely dangerous and needs to be fixed ASAP.
