Problematic parking, 12th February
Workers from the local fish factory park their cars beside dropped kerbs stopping disabled people from accessing the pavement. They also park in a way that stops larger vehicles from accessing Lairds Walk. Latest was Friday 9th Feb when the bin lorry couldn't collect the streets recycling. If there was an emergency then the crucial minutes it takes to get the person to move their car could result in a fatality. This has been reported to the factory (but its not their responsibility to police the public road) It has also been report to the council and police on multiple occasions.

This a newly constructed junction / new road layout Water is no draining away and causing a large puddle when it rains. Terrible road design due to no drainage being put on for the camber of the road.

Ripped up junction leading to Buchan Braes, 8th October
The junction as you turn in towards the old RAF buildings including Buoys and Gulls and Buchan Braes) Station Avenue is torn up with some growing potholes. This area recently had a crossing added but the junction is a mess. Only a matter of time before real car damage is done.

Overgrown and very dangerous, 14th September
This area is overgrown and unkempt. Fencing is broken and dangerous for kids being able to get into the RAF grounds. Not nice to look at and needs a good tidy up.

Speeding, 5th August
A motorcycle speeds up and down this road on a daily basis at 7am. It is not only dangerous it is very noisy!

Speeding!, 17th June
We reside on Station Road in Boddam and witness drivers speed up and down that road on a daily occurrence. It is our belief that the majority of drivers who are speeding work at the thistle seafoods LTD at the bottom of the road. Close to this road is a play park, nursery, shops and a sheltered housing complex. Last year a speeding reflector sign was put up but this has made no difference. Road bumps would be great in this area as it will reduce the speed and stop Station Road being used as a race track! We very recently witnessed a young boy cycling on the pavement with his dad, a car was approaching them so fast the driver lost control for a split second and there was a horrible screeching sound. My heart dropped but thankfully the boy and his father were okay. Does a terrible tragedy have to happen before anyone will take any notice? Please help us improve Boddam's safety!

Caravan causing obstruction for drivers., 13th March
Caravan is obstructing the view of road when turning left into street. There has been numerous narrow misses due to cars and caravan parked close to end of street as seen in the pictures. If possible could double yellow lines be painted on the curve to stop drivers from parking at a dangerous area.

No signposting, 13th August
There are no road signs in this area to explain to people that Lendrum Terrace includes the road along to the left as well as (named houses) as well as the Main Street of numbers 1-20. Nobody coming to make delivery knows to take this road as it comes up as a different postcode in every map. Either a street sign is needed or a change in address to make it easier for people to find.

Drivers speeding in a 30mph zone - Station Road, 9th January
Long has this road had a 30mph limit but motorists ignore this and speed over this limit. This road passes recreational grounds and has pavements, children are often playing in the area which puts them at greater risk from speeding vehicles.
