There has been a noticeable increase in dog fouling incidents along Dailuaine Terrace, causing frustration and upset to residents along the street. A grass walkway runs along the back of the houses towards a playing field and is regularly used by dog walkers, with fouling here causing a bigger issue for children playing. Dog fouling is also an issue round the front of the houses, on the single track road used by all residents. Nowhere is there a dog waste bin to encourage owners to responsibly pick up and dispose of their waste. We strongly believe placing a couple of these bins along the street will help alleviate the problem, and some residents have indicated they would dutifully empty these bins should they simply be provided to us by the council.
