Caravan parked on the street blocking other cars and casuing an obstruction. It's plugged into the house, and has been there for months now. It's an eyesore too., 28th July
The caravan has been parked outside this house at the top of school lane for months in Ballater. It's an eyesore and I'm sure is against the law now? It's a dead end and with the caravan parked there it makes it difficult for cars to turn around. It's always plugged into the house, so maybe someone is staying in it on the street, is this allowed? Please have it removed. There is a perfectly good caravn park just around the corner.

Blocked gutter, 7th June
The road has been resurfaced in the last week which is fine. However, the tar and stones have filled up the gutter in front of our property and in the next heavy rain the water will flow into our houseas there is no channel for it to run into the drains . We are both in our 70s and have tried to clear the gutter ourselves but have not had much success as there is much tar and the stones are fixed fast. We live at No. 50 Braemar Road.
