As per attached photo. Drain cover is broken. Noticed on Sat, 23rd December 2023. Hazard to pedestrians & cyclists. Situated on corner of St Marnan Road & Grampian Terrace, outside Ivy Cottage, 11 St Marnan Road. Please repair as soon as possible. Traffic cone has been placed over the top of it which is at risk of being lost thus exposing hazard again.
