Massive very deep potholes across the whole road unavoidable, 19th November
These potholes have been here for years and have not been fixed now there is no way to avoid them. They were patched a few years ago but are now worse than they have ever been

There are 3 potholes on this road, one pot hole on each side of the driving lane. Also one small pot hole.

Sumerged Potholes all over this road, 31st March
These potholes are all over their road. They are getting worse and need to be repaired immediately and not filled with a bit of tar, but a proper repair. They were submerged under water and I hit one. I use this road to go to Laurencekirk. I came back via Auchenblae dodging cars on both sides of the road, I do not like going that way and I should not have take a detour for a problem that has been there for a long time.

Fallen tree overhanging road, 5th April
This tree was damaged in the storm a few weeks ago and fell over. It got hung up in the fork of another tree between it and the road. The other tree is cracking down the centre of its trunk where the first tree rests and soon is liable to give way. As the first tree overhangs the road if a vehicle, cyclist or pedestrian is walking below it when it does give way it could prove extremely dangerous. The trees round it which collapsed and physically blocked the road during the storm were cleared but this one was ignored at the time.

33 Potholes on Auchenblae to Drumtochty Glen Road, 17th June
I counted 33 potholes on the 1mile stretch road from the top of Auchenblae down to Drumtochty Glen. Many of these potholes are deep and down to the original base layer. They are dangerous, particularly to bicycles and motorbikes. PLEASE will Aberdeenshire Council make good the repairs necessary. This report complements 4 previous reports raised for 4 roads leading into Auchenblae where I reported 88 + 83 + 77 (RDS Enquiries 621194, 623685, 623714 & FixMyStreet 4492858) We are poorly served regarding road repairs in the Mearns.

These potholes have been getting progressively worse and now they are becoming a problem for drivers, cyclists can not use it as too dangerous.

A pair of 18”+ potholes, 20th May
These potholes have been here 2 months+ and are often hidden by water running across the road, are deep enough to cause serious damage to a car on a fast section of straight road, suggest fixing and improving drainage to sides of road to stop water flowing over from the fields.
