Rubbish & Drink Containers scattered around, 22nd August
Area around Carnegie Hall Car Park, and Bushes next to Car Park constantly littered, and empty Alcohol Tins and Bottles lying around. A Square Plastic Litter Bin has been installed, but none of the Litter has been picked up. Dyce used to have a Street Cleaner / Street Sweeper, but this no longer appears to be the case. The Streets / Pavements are a disgrace
