The road/pathway in pitmedden terrace is in an awful state of repair, an older lady tripped today on the loose surface and was badly injured, this has been like this for quite some time. this road/pathway is also at the rear of 19 garthdee drive and is a way for three houses access for their driveways.

Flytipping in residential property, 30th March
No 12 Craidievar Cres garden is being used for tipping rubbish. Matresses , used car tyres , scrap motors , carpets , lino , wood paneling , redundant grass cutters , The garden front and back has become a general tip. It is affecting the quality of living in the area.

Meet the meat business illegally parking everyday, 15th March
There is a turn into the road with both sides marked with double yellow lines. Just in from the turning is the exit of the Sainsbury's car park. The meet the meat delivery van is parked blocking visibility of the car park exit every day for the whole day. It is unsafe as cars often come out of the car park unable to see oncoming traffic. Very often the barber will park his 4x4 on the opposite side making visibility near impossible. Both ignore the double yellows and should be fined accordingly.

Street lights STILL not working security issue, 13th March
The street light outside 136 & 140 Faulds Gate is not working and has nit been working since November 2020 and has been reported by my dad Mr GThomson twice. This is a security issue and my parents could fall down their steps leading to their property due to the lack of street lighting.

No Street Drain, 9th March
At the end of Redmoss Avenue there is no street level drain to allow rain water to run away and it just builds up in the street. The nearest drains are not close by. This is obviously a health and safety hazard especially when frozen. Can the council put in a drain. There is about 8 housed affected.

Pot Hole outside driveway of 24 Gaitside Terrace, 24th February
Hello, I stay at 24 Gaitside Terrace and there is a pot hole forming directly outside my Driveway and every day that I go out, there are more stones coming loose and making the hole bigger. IM have just had my Car alloys (4off) sorted and I'm frightened that my wheels will get damaged if the hole is not fixed pretty soon. The other end of Gaitside Terrace is even worse and I am making the assumption that someone has already highlighted this to the ADC ?
