Hello, since there is take away shop at Victoria road MR. Laws 4 times a week both bus stops are completely full with cars waiting for pick up their orders. Busses can't stop there and emergency services always blocked. And it's nursing home just next to it. Not a single city warden at that time a day Thursday-sunday after 16:00 till around 23:00. Ridiculous to pass that area for people that actually live there.

Parked Van Blocks Safe Road Crossing, 27th April
The van is parked illegally and often parks there, it blocks view of traffic, it's a main road as well so I've seen old ladies almost get run over too many times

Blocked pavement & restricted space for cars to pass., 8th February
This caravan is blocking pavement for disabled people & people walking past & towbar protrudes in to road restricted access for cars to pass when other vehicles parked at other side which is very dangerous in the dark.Section 137 of Highway act 1980

Two sofas and a trampoline, 30th December
Sofa been abandoned behind 138 Glenbervie Road and just across the grass in the courtyard for the flats at Abbey Place there is a sofa and an old trampoline. The trampoline is falling to bits and is behind the heras fencing that has been there for months.

Expanding pothole, 30th December
Pothole appeared during snowy period and has filled with water on occasions since so may not be spotted by some drivers. Location is in the centre of the road but often drivers will be required to drive close to it with cars parked frequently at the side of the road.

Double Yellow Lines, 3rd October
Double yellow lines are not being monitored. Persistently having to navigate around cars illegally parked on double yellow lines for most of the day without them receiving parking tickets. Consistently having cars blocking access to private driveway.

Persistant dog fouling, 4th September
There is a guy in our block that constantly let's his dog foul outside the building 1 at Balnagask Circle and it has also happened inside a couple of times in the landing. It has been reported numerous times but is still happening.

Very Poor Road Surface, 23rd June
This corner is extremely hazardous at the best of times due to poor visibility (surrounding businesses habitually parking on yellow lines) but the disgraceful state of the road is making it worse. It needs resurfacing as a matter of urgency. The road has been like this for a very long time.

Very deep pothole, 13th May
Vast, tyre-swallowing pothole just before the junction. Directly opposite fruit+veg wholesaler. Has been there at least 1yr with no resolution. Particularly difficult to see on approach and avoid when traffic is oncoming. Direction of travel is downhill towards the harbour from Victoria Road.

Area around manhole collapsed, 16th January
Was previously fixed but the area around the manhole is becoming uneven again which could cause damage to cars. I think there is another collapse underneath the road surface.
