Road gully drain unsecured
19th September
Hi. The road gully drain is acting as a 'trap door'. If one stands on it, a person will fall into the gulley. I know, as it happened to me. My leg went down to about knee depth. The pavement isn't walked on very much. Not sure how the lid is loose, it was first noticed about a month ago when the cover was standing upright and presenting a hazard to vehicles (Such as the bin lorry). The drain in question in at the gable end of Burnside Cottage next to the driveway of Snuffmill Cottage. I live at Snuffmill and you can park on my drive if you come to repair the drain. Thanks.

On both sides of the road at Banchory Devenick School the overhanging bushes need cut back as overhanging onto the road

Overgrown vegatation
10th July
The footpath between Leggart Terrace and Beannachar is overgrown. The footpath is very narrow, and pedestrians have to walk on the road, because of the overgrown shrubs. As there is a 60 mile speed limit on that road, it is dangerous. Also, we support people with special needs, who can not safely use the footpath, when it is overgrown.

Terrible road surface

It's not just one pothole where my pin is, the whole stretch of road through cults "high street" needs resurfaced. It's a joke at present, have to pick your way through the road or your car would be damaged.
